More local stuff and a Day at minsmere.

So had 2 very nice weeks of work, 1 Week in Majorca, (Blog later) and another week at home, although the birding on the patch has been Dire!!!! Very much wasted 8 hours a day slogging the patch to very little. I did visit Minsmere for the day.
The patch hosted just a Hobby a couple of times including this adult coming in off the Sea.

Yes its been bad. Only other thing ive photographed is a Great Black Backed Gull.

Anyway as the winds were terrible from the West i tried Minsmere for the day. You cant have a bad day really at Minsmere but it was still quiet. Well i did see Bitten, Whinchat, Stonechat,, Snipe, Bar Tailed Godwit, 6 Little Stints and 5 Ruff, as well as a few color ringed Black Tailed Godwit.
