Dovedale

Well took the Mother, Rach and the dogs for a walk along Dovedale on a lovely sunny day, our last sunndy day for a while by the sounds of it. Straight away i could hear a Common Redstart singing, saw quite a few during the morning. Blackcap was another regular bird, Grey Wagtail seemed plentiful and Dippers and Mandarin duck were seen a few times. A couple of Goosander on the river too. A Peregrine sat on the cliffs was a nice surprise. Ive never seen and heard so many Marsh Tit in one area.
